Last updated 30 October 2026. These terms apply to orders from CasaCliq and its services KeyCliq, CarCliq, VenueCliq, RoomCliq, BoatCliq and StayCliq.

Who we are

CasaCliq is a trading name of Philip Halloun, a sole trader. Postal address: Prime Apartments, 483 Green Lanes, London N13 4FG, UK. Contact: support@casacliq.com. We sell to businesses only.

What you get

Edited images and, where stated, short videos made from photos you provide or that are published on your own website, for the item, room or property named in your order. Delivery is digital, normally within 24 hours of payment and receiving usable photos.

What we never do

We never change the thing you sell. A car, product, boat, room or building is shown as photographed: we change setting, light, staging or tidiness only, as described for each service. StayCliq images are never staged or renovated. Every edited image is labelled "Illustrative". You get your original photos back alongside.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to use the photos you send us. You decide where you publish our images and must use them in line with the law and the rules of any platform you list on (for example UK consumer-protection rules on misleading images, and marketplace photo policies). Keep the "Illustrative" label where an image shows staging or a setting that is not real.

Price and payment

Prices are shown on each service page and at checkout, in pounds sterling. Per-item orders are paid upfront. Monthly plans renew every month until cancelled and include the number of items stated; unused items do not roll over. You can cancel a plan at any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing us; it ends at the close of the paid month. Free previews and free first items carry no obligation.

Changes and refunds

If something is wrong (for example an item looks altered), tell us within 14 days and we will fix it free. If we cannot fix it, we refund that item.

Rights in the images

Once paid, you may use the delivered images and videos for your business, including listings, your website and advertising, without time limit. We may not use your images in our own marketing without your permission.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
